The concept
Take advantage of the unique X-Guard concept
The X-Guard concept is based on four essential pillars.
1. My-Bodyguard, the small smart unit for personal protection that you carry on your person.
• Outdoors: location is determined by GPS.
• Indoors: location is determined by beacon technology.
2.
The alarm protocol by GSM; this is how we see to it that the report always gets to the incident room.
3.
The alarm receiving centre; sees to a professional dispatch of alarm sent by the solitary employee.
4.
Alarm follow-up; in case of an alarm situation assistance for the solitary employee as soon as possible.
Outdoors and indoors excellently traceable.
The X-Guard solitary employee concept: an optimal combination for maximal protection of your employee.
1.
My-Bodyguard
My-Bodyguard is the name of the compact, smart, very reliable alarm unit for personal security. You carry this small unit on your person. The signal that you transmit always arrives at the alarm receiving centre, whether you are indoors or outdoors!
Beacon technology
A beacon is used for locating indoors. The beacon transmits a code every 5 seconds. This signal is received by My-Bodyguard. My-Bodyguard tells you the location and room where your employee is.
2.
The alarm protocol
In case of alarm My-Bodyguard reports through the GSM network of the best telecom providers. By various routes (protocol) an alarm receiving centre is contacted. In this way guarantees can be given that the alarm always reaches the alarm receiving centre.
3.
alarm receiving centre.
A private alarm receiving centre is our professional partner in the concept for reception of the alarm. When the report arrives, the operator immediately sees the location and “customer file” with personal information of the carrier of My-Bodyguard. During an alarm a 2-way speech channel is opened. The operator is able to make the best estimate of the emergency situation and the assistance required for your employee. Alarm follow-up starts.
4.
Alarm-follow-up
Beforehand, together with you, we discuss how to act in case of an alarm situation. This protocol is tailor made for you. Follow-up can be done by persons on a call list, an emergency service such as Police, Fire brigade or Ambulance, Colleagues or an alarm response service. The follow-up is initiated by the alarm receiving centre, it also co-ordinates until assistance has reached your solitary employee.
